Currently all of our membership options will lend support to The Art Hop to cover operating costs. We are currently 100% self-funded. Your contribution covers hours spent on coordinating, map making, marketing, poster printing, website development, event planning, and more. We can’t wait to grow our membership pool to be able to hire a photographer and a part-time marketing staff member. Currently we are simply focused on creating a stable position for our organizer. In the meantime, we will keep innovating and creating the best event we can!

- Art Hop Founding Venue

by community, for community.

The Art Hop had its very first event in August of 2025. It was initiated by local artist, jeweler, and multitool-human Sarah Bush of FRIPP jewelry, alongside the robust partnership of several Warehouse District venues, including Spetzler Designs, Jud and Renee Turner at the Oblivion Gallery, Jonna Threlkeld at Viking Brewing, Eric Pierce and Dena Zehava at Caffe Pacori, and Matt Dye of Blunt Graffix. The group met for the first time on May 12, 2025.

  • We are a group of Warehouse District artists and entrepreneurs.

  • Ok, so — we get this question a lot because formally the area we are referring to is not called anything. But for us, the Warehouse District is the large industrial area in West Eugene, west of Chambers St., north of West 11th, east of Beltline, and south of Roosevelt Blvd. We focus our efforts in this area to create a robust new neighborhood for artists and entrepreneurs to expand and build something new.

  • There are a few things that all artists and entrepreneurs that are a part of The Warehouse District Art Hop have in common. For one, we can’t imagine doing anything else— we’re passionate about our work, whatever it is, and there isn’t much that could stop us. Our dreams of art and entrepreneurship, paired with vision, grit and commitment are happily tended in our warehouse spaces. Warehouses are spaces of possibility—blank slates paired with affordable square footage. To quote one of our members “You really don’t know what you’re going to get when you roll up a door.” …so come find out!

stay tuned here for updates on our budget, goals, and membership. we look forward to offering member benefits in the future, but for now we are targeting sustainability for our organization.
